• Product colour may vary due to lighting, fabric texture, dyes used, and screen settings. Styled and campaign images are edited; the actual product may differ slightly in appearance. Colours may appear differently across devices. For the most accurate assessment of colour, fabric, and embellishment, we recommend visiting us in person before placing an order.
• Any change in base fabric, including requests for higher-grade raw silk, may affect the final fall, texture, and appearance. Additional charges will apply, and the final look cannot be guaranteed. Fabric transparency or thinness cannot be disputed later; in-person viewing is strongly encouraged prior to confirmation.
• Sizes shared online are accepted at client responsibility. Reference garments may be considered only if compatible with embroidery placement and construction. Loose silhouettes cannot be resized to extreme measurements by reducing panels or embroidery.
• Front-open, layered, draped, or off-shoulder designs cannot be converted into basic or closed neckline styles. Custom length, flare, or silhouette adjustments may alter the intended design, especially in heavily embellished pieces.
• Only base fabric colour may be customized. Embellishment, tilla, and embroidery thread colours cannot be altered. If embroidery colour customization is specifically requested, it will be charged separately, considered only if timelines permit, and the final look cannot be guaranteed.
• All pieces are handmade and undergo detailed adda work. Exact length accuracy, including half-inch or one-inch variations, cannot be guaranteed. Requested length changes of approximately 3–4 inches can be managed; however, 100% precision in handmade, heavily worked articles is not guaranteed.
• Embroidery thread colours may vary slightly from samples due to production batch differences. The brand ensures overall harmony by selecting complementary shades that best suit the design.
• Jamawar design, pattern, and colour tones vary from batch to batch and may differ from reference images. For articles where jamawar is the main base fabric, our team will share the exact available colours and patterns for approval before production.
• For trims or accent use of jamawar, exact patterns will not be shared. Only colour references will be provided. Pattern sharing applies exclusively to articles where jamawar is used as the primary fabric.
