• Sizes selected online are accepted on the client’s responsibility. Size charts are provided to understand the intended silhouette and fit.

• Certain designs, including cape styles, side-panel constructions, layered silhouettes, and loose-fit articles, are intentionally designed to remain relaxed in structure. These styles are recommended to be tried before ordering.

• Some articles are meant to be worn loose and are maintained as such during studio trials, including one-size, small, or S/M fittings. Clients are advised to try according to their size for best results.

• Loose, cape-style, layered, front-open, draped, or off-shoulder designs cannot be structurally altered or converted into basic or closed silhouettes.

• Extreme resizing by reducing panels or cutting into embroidery is not possible. Custom length or flare adjustments may alter the final look of the garment.

• Only the base fabric colour can be customised. Embellishment, embroidery, and thread colours remain unchanged.

• If a higher-grade raw silk is requested, for example changing from 60 count to 80 count, additional charges will apply. The final look and drape cannot be guaranteed after such changes.

• Changing the base fabric may alter the final appearance and fall of the outfit. The brand cannot guarantee the same result on substituted fabrics.

• Pants or skirts in charmeuse remain unlined. Any sheerness, particularly in lighter customised colours, cannot be disputed later.

• All customisations are subject to review, approval, and additional charges confirmed by the team.
