• Sizes shared online are accepted on client responsibility. Reference garments sent by clients may be considered only if they align with the embroidery placement and garment construction.
• Loose silhouettes cannot be resized to extreme sizes by reducing panels or embroidery work.

• Front-open or layered shirt styles cannot be converted into closed or basic neckline styles. If altered, the final look cannot be guaranteed by the brand.
• Draped or off-shoulder designs cannot be converted into basic shirt forms or normal necklines.

• Custom length or flare adjustments may alter the intended silhouette, especially for capes and loose styles.
• Only the base fabric color may be customized. Embellishment, tilla, and embroidery thread colors cannot be altered. If embroidery colors are changed, the final look cannot be guaranteed and additional customization charges will apply.
• All customizations are subject to approval, charged separately, and confirmed by the team after review.
