Customisation & Handwork Policy
Every Aneeka Ruknuddin piece is handcrafted with care, time, and skilled artisanal techniques. The following terms apply to all made-to-order and customised garments:
• All outfits are hand worked; slight variations in embroidery, stitch density, and finish are natural and celebrated.
• Only the base fabric colour can be customised. Embellishment, embroidery, appliqué, and thread colours remain unchanged.
• Requests for higher-grade fabrics, such as upgrading raw silk counts, are subject to additional charges. The final look and drape cannot be guaranteed after such changes.
• Changing the base fabric may alter the final appearance and fall of the garment. The brand cannot guarantee identical results on substituted fabrics.
• Certain silhouettes, including loose-fit, cape-style, layered, front-open, draped, or off-shoulder designs, are intentionally designed to remain relaxed and cannot be structurally altered.
• Extreme resizing by reducing panels or cutting into embroidery is not possible. Custom length or flare adjustments may affect the final look.
• Sizes selected online are accepted on client responsibility. Size charts are provided to indicate the intended silhouette.
• Pants or skirts in charmeuse remain unlined. Any transparency in lighter customised colours cannot be disputed later.
• All customisation requests are subject to review, approval, and additional charges confirmed by the team.
