• Sizes selected online are accepted on the client’s responsibility. Reference garments may only be considered if they align with embroidery placement and garment construction.
• Loose silhouettes cannot be resized to extreme measurements by reducing panels or cutting into embroidery. Layered designs must remain in their original layered construction.
• Front-open, layered, draped, or off-shoulder designs cannot be converted into closed shirts or simplified neckline styles.
• Custom length or flare adjustments may alter the overall look of capes and loose silhouettes.
• Only the base fabric color can be customized. Embellishment, patchwork, and embroidery thread colors cannot be changed.
• Pants or skirts in charmeuse remain unlined. Any transparency or see-through effect in lighter customized colors will not be the brand’s responsibility.
• Changing the base fabric may affect the final appearance and fall of the outfit. The brand cannot guarantee the same drape when fabrics are substituted.
• Jamawar design and color tones may vary from the original sample due to weaving and dye variations.
• All customizations are charged separately and are confirmed by the team after review.
