• Product colour may vary due to lighting, fabric texture, dyes used, and screen settings. Styled and campaign images are edited; the actual product may differ slightly in appearance. For the most accurate assessment of colour, fabric, embellishment, and finish, an in-person visit is strongly recommended before placing an order.
• Any change in base fabric, including requests for higher-grade raw silk or custom fabric substitutions, may affect the final fall, texture, and appearance. Additional charges will apply, and the final look cannot be guaranteed.
• Bridal orders are preferably sized in person. If the client is unable to visit, online sizes may be accepted strictly at the client’s responsibility. Bridal sizing provided online is not guaranteed to be accurate, and the brand will not be responsible for fitting errors.
• Customised lengths and measurements are finalised on the day of sizing. If the client later feels the decided length or sizing is not suitable, the design team will not be held responsible. Please be extremely careful when sharing sizes online.
• The brand does not share work-in-progress images, embroidery details, or adda work visuals online. For custom colours and detailing, we strongly prefer that a family member visits in person to view actual fabrics and tones.
• For custom colours, in-person colour approval is preferred. Continuous visits for colour checks and adda work approvals may be limited during peak bridal season.
• Sizes shared online are accepted at client responsibility. Reference garments may be considered only if compatible with embroidery placement and construction. Heavily worked silhouettes cannot be resized by reducing embroidery or panels.
• Front-open, layered, draped, or off-shoulder bridal designs cannot be converted into basic or closed neckline styles. Custom length, flare, or silhouette adjustments may alter the intended design.
• Only base fabric colour may be customized. Embellishment, tilla, and embroidery thread colours cannot be altered once approved.
• All bridal pieces are handmade and undergo detailed adda work. Exact length accuracy, including half-inch or one-inch variations, cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of hand craftsmanship
.• Jamawar fabric is produced in limited batches. Design, motif scale, weave pattern, and colour tones may vary from time to time and may differ from reference images. For articles where jamawar is used as the main fabric, the team will share available colour options; exact patterns cannot be guaranteed.
