• All outfits are hand worked; lead times may vary accordingly.
• Campaign and shoot images are styled to highlight craftsmanship; colours, texture, and finish may vary due to lighting, fabric characteristics, and screen or device settings. Online images should not be relied upon for exact shade matching. An in-person visit is strongly recommended.
• Sizes selected online are accepted at the client’s responsibility. Size charts are provided to understand the intended silhouette.
• Certain designs, including cape styles, side-panel constructions, layered silhouettes, and loose-fit articles, are intentionally designed to remain relaxed in structure and are recommended to be tried before ordering.
• Some articles are meant to be worn loose and are maintained as such during studio trials (including one-size or S/M fittings). Clients are advised to try according to their size for best results.
• Loose, cape-style, layered, front-open, draped, or off-shoulder designs cannot be structurally altered or converted into basic or closed silhouettes.
• Extreme resizing by reducing panels or embroidery work is not possible. Custom length or flare adjustments may alter the final look.
• Only the base fabric colour can be customised. Embellishment, embroidery, and thread colours remain unchanged.
• Requests for higher-grade raw silk (for example, 60 count to 80 count) will incur additional charges. Final look and drape cannot be guaranteed after such changes.
• Changing the base fabric may alter the final appearance and fall; the brand cannot guarantee identical results on substituted fabrics.
• Pants or skirts in charmeuse remain unlined. Any sheerness, especially in lighter customised colours, cannot be disputed later.
• All customisations are subject to approval and charged separately after review by the team.
