Colors may appear different across devices. For accurate assessment of color, texture, and finish, an in-person visit is recommended.
Sizes selected online are accepted on the clients responsibility. Reference garments may only be considered if they align with embroidery placement and garment construction.
Loose silhouettes cannot be resized to extreme measurements by reducing panels or cutting into embroidery. Layered designs must remain in their original layered construction.
Front-open, layered, draped, or off-shoulder designs cannot be converted into closed shirts or simplified neckline styles.
Custom length or flare adjustments may alter the overall look of capes and loose silhouettes.
Only the base fabric color can be customized. Embellishment, patchwork, and embroidery thread colors cannot be changed.
Pants or skirts in charmeuse remain unlined. Any transparency or see-through effect in lighter customized colors will not be the brands responsibility.
Changing the base fabric may affect the final appearance and fall of the outfit. The brand cannot guarantee the same drape when fabrics are substituted.
