Certain designs, including cape styles, side-panel constructions, layered silhouettes, and loose-fit articles, are intentionally designed to remain relaxed in structure. These are recommended to be tried before ordering.

Some articles are meant to be worn loose and are maintained as such during studio trials (including one-size, small, or S/M fittings). Clients are advised to try according to their size for best results.

Loose, cape-style, layered, front-open, draped, or off-shoulder designs cannot be structurally altered or converted into basic or closed silhouettes.

Extreme resizing by reducing panels or embroidery work is not possible. Custom length or flare adjustments may alter the final look of the garment.

Only base fabric colour can be customised. Embellishment, embroidery, and thread colours remain unchanged.

If a higher-grade raw silk is requested (for example, changing from 60 count to 80 count), additional charges will apply. The final look and drape cannot be guaranteed after such changes.

Changing the base fabric may alter the final appearance and fall; the brand cannot guarantee the same result on substituted fabrics.

Pants or skirts in charmeuse remain unlined. Any sheerness, especially in lighter customised colours, cannot be disputed later.
