• Base color customization may be requested, including a change in base fabric. The final look, drape, texture, and finish cannot be guaranteed for customized fabrics or colors.
• Patching, embroidery, and contrast colors will remain unchanged and cannot be customized.
• For pret styles, size reduction will be done by cutting from the sides only.
• For size increases, additional plain or matching fabric may be introduced on the sides, depending on fabric availability and design structure.
• Customized orders may vary in final look, fit, and drape and are subject to approval and additional charges.
